NESTERwood Selected by Lexington Home Brands to Optimize Frame Production, Improve Machine Throughput, and Accelerate Production Cycles

According to Kevin Holshouser, plant manager at Lexington Home Brands, NESTERwood will help the manufacturer increase productivity and accelerate production cycles. Lexington is taking advantage of NESTERwood's tight integration with SolidWorks, enabling part information to be loaded directly from SolidWorks into NESTERwood Optimizer.

NESTERwood version 6.0 automatically creates the G-code for the router, and the operator uses a barcode reader to load the manufacturing order and the corresponding G-code directly into the machine. "This eliminates manual data entry and the risk of making a mistake in the process," explains Roark.
