Cascino is an expert in the field of feature animation film production. Casciano's cat, along with the cats of some other cast members, served as references for the animation and physical appearances of the movie's cats.
Cascino was senior production manager for Shrek 2, production supervisor of the layout department for Shrek and production supervisor of layout for Antz, the 1998 animated movie about a worker ant who falls in love with a princess ant. Cascino's other credits include working as co-executive producer on Twas the Night Before Bumpy and post-production supervisor of Bump in the Night, an animated series that aired from 1994 to 1995 on ABC. The series was filmed using claymation, a form of stop motion animation where each object and character is sculpted in clay or other pliable matter. Cascino was also an animator for The 77th Annual Academy Awards __title__ Academy Awards (http://www.oscars.org/77academyawards/index.html).
Cascino received her bachelor of arts in broadcast communication arts from San Francisco State University in 1981. She is a member of the International Animation Film Society.
